Visiting Guidelines
As our first priority is the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers, Holocaust Museum LA has implemented new, enhanced health and safety protocols and processes to provide a safe environment. Please read all the visitation guidelines below before your visit. These new protocols and processes are in alignment with the City of Los Angeles vaccination ordinance effective Monday, November 8, 2021, and apply to visitors 12+.
PROOF OF VACCINATION NOW REQUIRED
In accordance with the City of Los Angeles vaccination ordinance, all ticketed visitors ages 12+* are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Those with medical or religious exemptions may present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours. A valid photo ID is also required for visitors ages 18+.
Proof of vaccination includes any of the following:

Vaccination card issued by the CDC

Photo of a vaccination card (both sides) either stored on an electronic device or a physical copy

Documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider

Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by a healthcare provider, government agency, or private company
Valid photo ID includes an original or copy of an identification card, including:

Driver’s license

Government-issued identification card

School or work identification card
-
Passport
Those with medical or religious exemptions may present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours. The COVID-19 test must be a printed document, email, or text message from a test provider that shows a negative result of a COVID-19 Antigen or PCR test conducted 72 hours prior to entry. It must include name, type of test performed, and date of the test.
*Children 12+ are not required to show proof of vaccination if on a school field trip.
FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED & SOCIAL DISTANCING ENFORCED
To ensure the safety of our visitors, staff, and volunteers, all guests over the age of 2 must wear face masks for the duration of their visit inside the Museum. All Guests are asked to social distance six feet apart while inside the Museum. Face shields cannot be worn in place of face masks at the Museum. All your coverings must be worn over the nose and mouth. Stay home if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms.
Do not visit Holocaust Museum LA if you or anyone in your group is exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 as identified by the L.A. County Department of Public Health, which include cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, or chills.
Do not visit Holocaust Museum LA if in the last 14 days you or anyone in your group was in close contact with someone with a confirmed or suspected (has symptoms) case of COVID-19, or if you or anyone in your group is currently under isolation or quarantine orders.
Advanced tickets are required and must be reserved prior to your visit.
