Inaugural Social Impact Storytelling award presented to filmmakers Eric Esrailian, Terry George, and Mike Medavoy. Join us for a special conversation with Medavoy and Esrailian, moderated by USC Shoah Foundation’s Dr. Kori Street, about how their film “The Promise” and their tireless activism led to the Armenian Genocide being formally recognized by the U.S. government. Educating about the continued social relevance of the Armenian Genocide and the Holocaust are critical to empowering the next generation to stand up and speak out against hate.
