Over the course of the war, Avraham braved harrowing captures, daring escapes, torturous hiding, and heartbreaking losses. Based on Avraham’s #1 bestselling autobiography, Determined is more than just a remarkable story of survival—it’s a testament to human kindness, even in the darkest of hours, and to the achievements made possible through relentless perseverance. Join us for a virtual screening of this award-winning, inspirational documentary. Featuring a virtual Q&A with Determined director Keren Perlmutter, Avraham’s daughter, composer Steven Chesne, and descendants of Peter and Gertrude Beijers, who hid Avraham for over a year in the Netherlands.

This is a virtual film screening and Q&A. Registrants will receive a link to view the film at their own convenience. The Q&A will take place on Zoom at 11 a.m. on February 2nd.
