About
In an era where TikTok has become a go-to platform for information and storytelling, harnessing social media to educate about the Holocaust is more important than ever. With its ability to reach millions, TikTok offers a powerful way to combat antisemitism and Holocaust distortion by engaging younger audiences through accessible, compelling content. Initiatives that leverage this platform help preserve the memory of the Holocaust, ensuring the lessons of the past remain relevant in the fight against hate and misinformation today. The TikTok Shoah Commemoration & Education initiative, a collaboration of over 50 Holocaust Memorial Sites worldwide with academic support from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, has produced hundreds of TikTok videos used in educational settings to teach about the Shoah. Join us on January 26, 2025 for an educational event in commemoration of International Holocaust Memorial Day. REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/8kVG3v3TbEY5VZc87
