Join us for a day-long celebration with activities throughout the day, for visitors of all ages, including:
10:30 - 11:30 am: The Legacy of Our Founding Survivors: Join us for a conversation with descendants of Holocaust Museum LA's founding survivors to learn about their stories and their dedication to keeping their memories alive.
12:00 - 1:00 pm: Voices of Survival: Be inspired by Holocaust survivors Gabriella Karin, Harry Davids, and Eva Brettler as they share their stories of resilience, courage, and hope.
2:30 pm: Mostly Kosher Concert: Dance along with acclaimed Klezmer-rock band.
10:00 am - 5:00 pm:
See captivating exhibits, including a pavilion showcasing an authentic boxcar and The Beautiful Game…The Untold Story, which delves into the origins of soccer and the Jewish impact on how the game evolved and became the world’s most popular sport.
Virtual Survivor Experience: A new state-of-the-art theater featuring an interactive conversation with a virtual survivor through holographic and voice recognition technology.
Savor a bite from local food trucks.
Typewriters Anonymous: Participate in a community poetry project.
Drop-in printmaking: Create a unique poster with graphic artist Oscar Rodriguez.
