JACK BOUL:

REFLECTIONS OF A POST-WAR EUROPE

OPENS:

OCTOBER 1

An artist by training, Jack Boul served as a U.S. Army sergeant in post-war Europe and was stationed at a POW camp in Italy. As Allied forces liberated concentration camps across Europe, photographs of Nazi atrocities circulated among the troops. After seeing these photographs of the horrors of the Holocaust, Boul turned to art to express his profound emotional reflections. Boul’s work captures the legacy of loss and bears witness to the atrocities of the Holocaust, ensuring the truth lives on.
